At Emma & Rose
We believe compassion has the power to change lives — especially when it begins with youth.
Emma & Rose was founded on a simple but powerful belief: when empathy turns into action, it can transform the lives of children and families facing the unimaginable.
For families navigating critical illness, the journey often extends far beyond hospitals and treatments.
“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”
— Aesop
Our mission is to ensure that families facing critical illness feel seen, supported, and surrounded by care throughout their journey. Through community action, youth leadership, and a shared commitment to kindness, we work to build networks of support that remind families they are never alone.
Because when communities choose compassion even the hardest journeys can be met with strength, hope, and care.
At Emma & Rose, we believe young people have a unique ability to lead with empathy, courage, and determination. When they are given the opportunity to act on that compassion, they can create meaningful change — bringing comfort, awareness, and support to children and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

The Tipping Point
Our work is about creating moments that matter. We support children and families facing critical illness by bringing care, creativity, and community into environments that can often feel overwhelming.
Through programs, youth‑led initiatives, and new approaches to support — from joyful hospital experiences to peer connections — we help shift the way care feels and how support spreads. Just like a small change can reach a tipping point and spark widespread transformation, our efforts are designed to grow outward ,reaching more families, inspiring more leaders, and building a movement of compassionate action.
